Puppies

Our puppies are very well socialized and started right.We our not a puppy mill.We train not just breed dogs. We only have one or two litters a year which usually are sold in advance.We breed for Health, performance and temperament.

Woodie X Kate

Woodie is an exceptional retriever. Loves to work he is exactly what a lab should be. A working machine but also a gentleman in the house. He also has a pedigree to match with every dog being a Field Champion or Master hunter. He is sure to throw his good looks and work ethic to his offspring. Woodie is Jr and Senior Titled and will be running Masters this Summer.

Hey Jake !! Long time no talk . Just wanted to say hello and let you know my pup , JJ , is doing fantastic here in the last 2 weeks. As you know, that litter turns 8 months this month on the 27th, and he has become 10 times the huntin dog in just the last 2 weeks. I guess he finally is maturing enough on his own to start to get the " duck dog common sense " HAHA. He had a 25 bird day yesterday and he retrieved every bird and from start to finish and was absolutely ELECTRIC !!!!!!!!! So many words come to mind when I got home and was telling my wife about our hunt yesterday, excited, gratified, satisfied, happy, proud, all these words cant explain

how I felt about him yesterday ! He was charging, sprinting and bounding through the grass that was over his head in many spots. And after picking up the birds, after marking most of them on his own, he would sprint back to me just as fast as he sprinted out to the bird !! It was absolutely hilarious to watch him fly through the grass and mud to make the retrieves !!! Its so rewarding to watch him learn marking, using his nose, retrieving and so many other things all on his own. Most all of my buddies I have hunted with all year tell me how much they see him learning and they all say that every time they hunt over him they can tell he is a little bit better than the time before ! I notice that too as well obviously !! The things I have been teaching him in the field he is finally catching onto, like sitting next to me when hunting in a no blind situation, sitting right outside the door of the blind in a blind situation, and the thing, well one of the things that stands out the most is, just here in the last 2 weeks is, as soon as I start to call birds, he parks his little ass down immediately and turns his eyes to the skies and starts marking the working birds !! Its MAGIC to see that !!!!! Anyway, I could go on and on about bird dogs and you know what I mean !!! So I just wanted to give you a update on JJ and wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!!!
